About this radio
The Flex-6300 was the entry point into FlexRadio's original SignatureCXA line, announced in 2014 as a fully software-defined base transceiver with no traditional front-panel controls — operation happens through the SmartSDR software on a connected PC. It runs 100W on HF and 6m with a single receive slice, giving newcomers to SDR radios the panadapter waterfall display and click-to-tune workflow without the higher receiver dynamic range (and price) of its 6500/6700 siblings. It remains a popular used entry into the Flex ecosystem for hams already comfortable operating from a computer rather than a knob-covered front panel.
