The Flex-6700 was the flagship of FlexRadio's original SignatureCXA series, announced in 2014 as the top of a three-model lineup alongside the 6300 and 6500. It offered the best receiver dynamic range and widest simultaneous bandwidth of its generation, along with dual independent receivers for true two-radio operation from one chassis, all controlled through SmartSDR rather than physical knobs. As FlexRadio's original top-end model, well-kept examples are prized by SDR enthusiasts and contesters who want first-generation flagship performance at a lower cost than the current 8600.
