The QRP Labs QDX, introduced in December 2022, is a five-band (80-20m) QRP transceiver kit dedicated specifically to digital modes such as FT8 — it does not support SSB voice operation. It outputs about 5W through an embedded SDR receiver and 24-bit USB sound card, and like other QRP Labs products is sold as a low-cost, self-assembled through-hole kit. Its narrow digital-only focus and low price made it especially popular with FT8 and WSPR operators building a dedicated digital-modes station, and it predates the broader-purpose QMX that followed.
